In Word Office 2003, using XP, the bottom the screen previously showed the
page number, the total number of pages, and other information. That
information has now suddenly disappeared and I'd like to be able to view it.
How do I get it back?

I've tried to change the way I view information, as well as help, but I
can't find the magic solution.

This is different that inserting a page number into a Word document, which I
know how to do.

In the Tools Options View dialog, check "Status bar".
