Default How do I delete link to document in the work button on toolbar

I have customised my toolbar to include the Built in menue Work. I now want
to delte some of the quciklinks to documents that are listed in the drop down
box as I am no longer working on them. How do I do that

Default How do I delete link to document in the work button on toolbar

Select the unwanted items with the destructive cursor (CTRL+ALT+Hyphen).
Treat this function with care as it will delete any menu item. Escape (or
using it) cancels the cursor.
