Word 2002 not paginating right
Hello, I have been doing guides for 3 years in word. Some of these guides are from 85 to 300 pages long. the problem that is happening is that when opened on my machine somewhere along the line the doc pushes 2 sentences down and puts a spare page in the doc. the docs are opening up differently on many machine, but only a few open it the exact way it was created. All the margins are the same all the footers and headers are the same. You have to force a page break to make the 2 sentences stay on the same page then when opened on other machines it is not correct. This doc is eventually turned in to a PDF. I should also mention that when 2 of the same page from different machine are laid on top of each other the text or font slowly gets bigger or drops down, causing another page to be added. Does anyone have a clue? -- SGiunco ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SGiunco's Profile: http://www.highdots.com/forums/m1196 View this thread: http://www.highdots.com/forums/t3049983 |

Word automatically repaginates documents according to the
currently selected printer. That's why Word documents might be paginated differently on different computers, and even on your own computer if you switch between different printers. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm for more information. SGiunco wrote: Hello, I have been doing guides for 3 years in word. You may all have the same printers, but likely you are using different
printer drivers or perhaps there are odd fonts and some users don't have it, and it's defaulting to some other font. Please double-check those things. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "SGiunco" wrote in message ...
