Default Word 2000 - Thesaurus Error

Hi,
Please could somebody help me. I am trying to write a report, but the
thesaurus and spell-check that I frequently use are not working. The
thesaurus will not even appear, whether I use shift+F7 or click onto it from
the menu, and the spell-check does open but almost immediately comes up with
an error message. Does any recognise these kinds of problems? I need this
done in the next hour or so and I don't know what to do!!!
Thanks

Default Word 2000 - Thesaurus Error

Hi ?B?Uy5DLg==?=,

I am trying to write a report, but the
thesaurus and spell-check that I frequently use are not working. The
thesaurus will not even appear, whether I use shift+F7 or click onto it from
the menu, and the spell-check does open but almost immediately comes up with
an error message.

Please quote the exact text you see in the error message. And tell us the
version of Word you're using.
