Table of contents
Windows XP, Word 2003
I have created a TOC in a document, which looks great. But if I print it out, or go to print preview all the numbers in the TOC are the same, eg all showing page 3, not sequential. Can anyone help? -- Michelle |

This usually results from opening the document in Reading Layout view. If
you update the TOC (F9), are the numbers correct? -- Suzanne S. No - we are not opening the document in Reading Layout view. Even tho the
page numbers look okay in the document, when we print it they are incorrect. -- Michelle "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: This usually results from opening the document in Reading Layout view. Have a look at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumber0.htm for
another possibility (albeit a longshot). -- Suzanne S.
