i am trying to get MS WORD to staple a merged doc of 3 pages. When i spool 4
records to the printer. it staples all 12 pages instead of the 3 pages
individually.

Run a macro containing the following code:

Dim i As Long
With ActiveDocument
For i = 1 To .Sections.Count
.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintFromTo, From:="s" & i, To:="s" & i
Next i
End With
