Why are @ and " exchanged in Word (and Outlook) but not, for example, Yahoo IM?
It has just happend. Windows XP. Outlook 2003, and Word 2003.

TIA Bill You've managed to put the Windows keyboard setting and the Word keyboard setting to different "languages", for example English (US) vs. English (UK).
