Is there a way to add multiple font color buttons to Word and set them to
different text colors?

It is easy enough to create a macro to do this but I change computers often
and would like another workflow, if one exists.

Thanks.

No. You can create as many buttons as you like, but they will all reflect
the currently selected color.

What you can do is making new styles. You can then easily link these to
your standard but change the color. So choose Format | Style and then
new. For example: you name it: Red. In the lettertype you change the
color into red. You can also make a short cut key. You can do this for
every color you want. If you make and save these Styles in your
Normal.dot you cannot loose them. Just copy your normal.dot to the
other computers or save your normal.dot on a usb stick and activate it
in your new computer (Location: Application Data | Microsoft |
Templates).
