Default How to set page numbering like a book (left-right) in MS Word?

Doing my first degree thesis now, would really want to know how to get my
page number on the top of my pages, in left side on one page, then right side
on the next page. So when I printed them back-to-back, it's look like a book.

Go to File--Page Setup, Layout tab. Choose "Different Odd/Even".
Go into the header of your first page and set up your odd-page header (page
number on right to be on the outside), then go to the second page and set up
the even-page header (page number on left to be on the outside).
