the instruction to change to word as email editor does not work.
I followed the instructions to change my default editor to word which should
be the case to begin with as I am using Outlook 2003. This was the case for a few days after upgrading. Whenever I follow the procedure to change to word as the default editor, this is greyed out and i am unable to enjoy the benefits of word as my default editor. please help |

Hi Andrew,
Is the version of Word you are using also the 2003 version? Is Outlook 2003 your default email program?
