Default How do I copy the autocorrect options in Word to my new PC?

I have a new PC. On my old PC I had entered a lot of autocorrect options.
For example 't,m' was replaced with 'Thanks, Maggie'. How can I transfer all
these autocorrect options to my new PC without entering them individually -
there are a lot of them!

Many thanks,

Maggie
