Word 2007 toggle ALL field code display at once (like 2003 button
In Word 2003, you could toggle display of all the field codes in a document
without having to select them. Now it seems that you have to select any field code that you want to show/hide, even if you add the toggle button to the toolbar and click it. That seems like a gian step backward. Is there a less involved way? |

Alt+F9 still works. But if you added the Toggle Field Codes button, then
you've added the equivalent of the Shift+F9 command. To get the equivalent of Alt+F9, you have to add the View Field Codes command. -- Suzanne S.
