Track Changes Display Options
Is there any way I can save specific display options I set for a document, so
they are saved with the file, not the software? I have a draft document with tracked changes and need to send it to another party; however, my boss wants the other party to see our tracked changes display in the same color (done!), and he does NOT want the other party to see who made the edits, or when. I turned off screen tips, changed the option in track changes so everytihing displays in the same color. My concern is that unless these display features are saved with the document, the other party will see them when they open it up. Any way to protect my "hidden" display options? |
