Not Printing Shading in Tables
I would like to shade certain cells in a Word table, yet have it not print
the shading. Similar to File + page setup + sheet + print black and white in Excel. Can this be done. If so, how? I am using Word 2003. |

Not Printing Shading in Tables
I don't know of any way to do this short of a macro to remove the shading at
print time. You could see what happens if you select "Draft output" in Tools | Options | Print, but I suspect that would not be satisfactory. -- Suzanne S.
