Default how do i revise text input from OCR

I an scanning a document into Word using OCR and it seems to come in with
different settings I cannot remove. How do I re-format the text to the
settings I want for a new document?

You would have to tell us what settings you are seeing and what settings you
want for anyone to have any chance of giving you assistance.
