Default how to rotate a created document 90 degrees

I am using Microssft word and am typing my poems I created a new document
which I spliced diagonally in half creating a black side and white side I
need to invert the document so the black side is on top and white is on
bottom and that whichever part of the poem you are reading the other segment
of the poem would be upside down.
