Default Issues regarding the formatting & Styles

Hi,
I need some help regarding the styles.

I created two different templates for 2 different clients. The first one was
fine,
but when i prepared the second one the 2 nd client found the styles which
has been used in 1 st template.

These styles has been present in (Pick formatting to apply) list. is there
any way that i can remove these styles at one go from my second doc because i
cannot identify the styles used in first doc and second doc which has been
merged.

Please suggest.

Default Issues regarding the formatting & Styles

In the combined document, there is no way for Word to tell from where the
styles originated; you will have to manually delete the styles that you want
to get rid of.

Note that you can restrict the use of styles in a template (as well as in
documents later created from that template). Use the Restrict Formatting and
Editing task pane (Word 2007) or the Protect Document task pane (Word 2003).

In the case of Word 2003, you may want to take a look at the following
