I am trying to create a form in Word that uses drop down menus. I tried
following the help menu but it does not show me how to actually do this. Can
anybody help me?

you need to use the FORMS toolbar. There is lots of informatoin in HELP
file for this.

I have done this and that is were I got more confuesed. The site does not
show you how to do it.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
