Does Ctrl button allow to select multiple paragraphs within a docu
I have a user that swears that she uses the Ctrl key + Mouse click to select
various paragraphs within a document so she can copy and paste selected text into a different document. When I attempt to Ctrl+Mouse Click on various paragraphs, it selects the whole document. Can anybody else tell me different? |

If you press Ctrl and click in the left margin, you will select the entire
document (a very handy shortcut that I use a lot). But if you already have text selected, then Ctrl+click will highlight (an) additional selection(s)--but only in Word 2000 (or 2002?) and above. -- Suzanne S. Hmmm, that doesn't work the way I want to in Word 2000. For example, I have 4
paragraphs, is there a way to select the 1st and 3rd paragraph without selecting the 2nd and 4th? "Suzanne S. This feature may have been introduced in Word 2002. I skipped from 97 to
2002, missing 2000, so I'm not always confident about that version. -- Suzanne S.
