Default How do I disable autocorrect in Word?

Specifically, I need to stop Word from capitalizing words in columns after I
use the enter key. I have tried options -- tools -- grammar -- do not
capitalize (or something to that effect) but still no luck. Any assistance
would be great! Thanks!

In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoCorrect tab | uncheck the
"Capitalize first letter of sentences" box and the "Capitalize first letter
of table cells" box too | OK.
