Default APA style tables in MS Word?

How can one set up APA style tables in MS Word, with only selected horizontal
gridlines showing/printing?

Default APA style tables in MS Word?

The easiest way is to remove all borders (Ctrl+Alt+U) and then restore them
selectively (most easily using the Borders toolbar palette).
