have form using checkboxes but also need to type
I created a document using the table format. The first column ask a question
and the last two columns say Yes or No and I've added checkboxes there. My problem is that when an answer is No, I need an explanation but I cannot find a way to allow for typing and the checkbox feature. Any suggestions? |
