Default How can I make outline without Word moving my typing around?

Thanks to anyone who answers!

I am trying to make an outline in Word, and I just want to be able to type
without Word repositioning my text. Any time I type numbers or letters it
moves stuff, it moves it from where I have tried to put it on the screen, and
some of the lines of text it moves don't even begin at the same point. I
know it's trying to help line everything up, but it's not working. I just
want it to not give me any advice and let me type where I want.

Thanks! -Kenzie

Hi Kenzie-

ToolsAutoCorrect Options - AutoFormat As You Type, clear the checkboxes for
Automatic Bulleted Lits and/or Automatic Numbered Lists.
