Default How do you hide the gridlines in Word 2000?

Made a mistake tinkering with Word and now gridlines appear as a default on
the printlayout view. Please help me get rid of them

Default How do you hide the gridlines in Word 2000?

Display the Drawing toolbar. At the left end, click Draw Grid.
Uncheck the "Display gridlines on screen" option.
