Hi Vickie,
In microsoft word when i mispell a word example (y9ou) it does not correct it, any ideas? Which version of Word do you have? As a general rule, Word won't necessarily CORRECT misspelled words; it will mark them with a wavy red underline. Are you seeing that? If not, does Word pick up such words if you press F7 to explicitly force a spell check? Also check: Tools Options, the Spelling & Grammar tab and uncheck Ignore
words with numbers. "Cindy M -WordMVP-" wrote: Hi Vickie, In microsoft word when i mispell a word example (y9ou) it does not correct it, any ideas? Which version of Word do you have? Further, if you frequently mispell that particular word, you can add it to
your AutoCorrect listing (Tools/AutoCorrect). "SVC" wrote: Also check: Tools Options, the Spelling & Grammar tab and uncheck Ignore words with numbers.
