mis numbering captions (figures only)
hello,
I am using word 2000 on windows XP. I have a 200 odd page thesis about to be submitted and my captions have started misnumbering. This only seems to happen with figures the format I am using has chapter numbers included and now only odd numbers are coming up e.g. in chapter 3, figure 3.1, figure 3.3, figure 3.5 but no 3.2, 3.4 etc. I don't know if this is related, but the tracking changes feature was accidentally turned on and since then this problem has appeared. Can any one help??? |
