Word 6 and Word 2003 use different formats. In Word 2003, try saving in
"Word 97-2003 & 6.0/95 - RTF" format. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. http://www.herbtyson.com "leleach1" wrote in message ... If you feel like being nice, you can save from Word 2003 in a format
that Word 6.0 can read. In the Save dialog, pull down the "Save as type" list and choose "Word 97-2003 & 6.0/95 RTF (*.doc)". Otherwise, the client can download a free viewer from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en to read and print (but not edit) Word 2003 documents. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. That seems to work just fine. |
