Default Form Fields Format

When text is added to the form field it puts dots above the text that is
typed in. I have turned the track changes off but when it prints it prints
the dots. Does anyone know how to avoid them from printing?

Unprotect the document and make sure that no border formatting has been
applied to the form field.

- Word 2007: Click the Home tab of the ribbon. Click the arrow next to the
Border button in the Paragraph group, and choose the No Border option.

- Word 97-2003: Click Format | Borders and Shading. In the dialog box, click
the Borders tab. Click None, and then click OK.
