Default predefined captions

Hi,
I have a problem with adding predefined captions. Anyway here you the
situation:
I was working with my document which has many custom captions I made. A
sudden error happened and the Word logged out and open again with the
repaired file. So i continued dealing with the repaired document but I cannot
use the custom captions when inserting a new one!
I am using Word 2007.

Default predefined captions

Custom captions are saved in normal.dotm (the Normal template); if you had
to delete or rename normal.dotm after the crash you will have to recreate
the captions.

Normal.dotm is in the User Templates folder (as specified in the File
Locations dialog box).

But, as I wrote, to recreate the caption labels, just use the Caption dialog
box. On the References tab, click Insert Caption. In the dialog box, click
New Label. Specify the desired name and click OK. Click Close to close the
Caption dialog box.

If, as seems likely, you have not changed the default location type
%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates
in the address bar of your browser to open the user templates folder.
