Default Word page scroll bar missing

When I open or create a new word document I notice that the side scroll bar
is not available. I must use the down arrow to "scroll" down the page.

If I open Excel the right scroll bar is there to allow me to scroll down the
rows of Excel.

I can't seem to figure out how to get this working again.

Thanks

Click your blue title bar in Word and drag the window to the left. Click the
Maximize button in the upper right corner of your screen and your scroll bar
will lock at the right side of the screen.
