I am working with an unprotected document in word 2000. From the Tools drop
down menu, when I select Track Changes, Accept or Reject Changes I get pop up menu where I have selected view "Changes with Highlighting" and I click on Accept changes (which is not greyed out). When it prompts do you want to select all changes without reviewing them? I select "Yes". Then....nothing changes. Everything remains the same - all the editing marks are still there and nothing has been accepted. When I try to do them one at a time, it find the next change with highlighting just find and I click accept and nothing happens with that item, it just proceeds to the next highlighted change. Any ideas on what's wrong? |
