Default Word Templates don't retain formatting

When accessing custom templates in Word 2002, the font type changes from
Times New Roman to Arial. I have tried both Detect & Repair and renaming
normal.dot. Neither resolved the problem. When logged on as Administrator
on this user's computer, this problem does not arise.

Make sure you don't have "Draft font" enabled on the View tab of Tools |
Options.
