Default Send to ... Mail recipient

When attempting to send an e-mail from within Word, one of the options is
"Send to ... Mail Recipient." If you do that, the To: CC: BCC: and Subject
lines all show up as part of the document. How can you get rid of that view
and get back to a normal view.

Either click File | Send To | Mail Recipient again or (if you have the
button), click the E-mail button on your Standard toolbar.

Default Send to ... Mail recipient

It isn't that simple. In my case, the only Send to option is a grayed out
FAX Recipient - no Mail Recipient. Thanks!
