Default pages change in preview

I created a document looking like an insurance card and when I went to
preview the whole pages is changed. The words are in differnt places, the
spacing is wrong and it looks awful. I put info into a cell and typed alot of
info into it but it looks completely different. Please help

Default pages change in preview

How can we help? We have no idea what it should look like or what it is like
now. We don't even know which version of Word and OS you are using: you may
even be using Open Office!

Make sure that when you create your 'insurance card' that you work in Print
Layout View and not in normal view (which is not wysiwyg).
