Default two columns two languages

I would like to create a document with the two columns. However, I want the
left column in one language and the right column in another. Text from the
left column would have to continue to the left column of the next page and
text from the right column would continue to the right column of the next
page. Rather than the usual way where left column continues to the right
column of the same page. Is it possible to do this in Word?

You should use a two-column table to do that. You can turn off the table's
borders if you want.

Read http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...ingColumns.htm for help.

Since snaking columns are not really satisfactory for this, a better
reference might be http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...ableBasics.htm
