Default Find Encarta syllable mark

Encarta dictionary breaks words into their syllables using dots:
de=B7ter=B7min=B7er.
If I paste from the dictionary into a Word document, highlight and copy
a dot, then paste it into the Find dialog, a dot appears, but it's
not the same dot, because Find can't find it in the Word document.
Anyone know how to find these Encarta dots?
