Just upgraded to Office 2003.
I note there is a new verion of Organization chart. I now can't open any MS Organisation charts that are embedded in my Office 2000 documents. I don't want to spend ages re-doing all these charts in the new version - can I convert them to Office 2003? Thanks for any help. |

Hi ?B?SmFtZXMgRGVubmlzb24=?=,
Just upgraded to Office 2003. I note there is a new verion of Organization chart. I now can't open any MS Organisation charts that are embedded in my Office 2000 documents. I don't want to spend ages re-doing all these charts in the new version - can I convert them to Office 2003? No, you can't convert them (except by redoing them manually). But you should be able to install the OrgChart applet from the earlier version of Office and continue to use it. Put in the CD, choose a "custom install", drill down in the general Office tools listings until you find the Organization Chart. Right-click and select "Run from my computer".
