Default Last line Justification in Bulleted List

I have a much worked over doc that I bulletized much of the text (singles
entences). (No, I didn't use Styles. Sorry.)

Issue: On most bullets, the last line - if there are only a few words they
get distributed between the margins and looks terrible. However, on one or
two of these, the last line is left justified although the entire paragraph
on that bullet is in fact Justified (checking at the insertion point).

Question: How do I get that last line to Left justify rather than Justify?

It sounds like the bulleted item that spreads from margin to margin ends with
a soft carriage return, also known as a Maual Line Break (Shift + Enter).
You need to replace the soft carriage return with a hard carriage return,
also know as a Paragraph Character: Ctrl + H, and in the Find what type ^|
(Manual Line Break) and in the Replace with type ^v (Paragraph Character).

You can see various find and replace options by clicking on More and either
Format or Special.
