When we open a document created in Word 2000 with Word 2003, the program adds
white space to rigth margin. This extra space appears to be outside of the page boundaries on the ruler and all the page setting appear to be correct. When the document is printed, the white space causes the document to shrink to accomodate the extra space. An 8.5 X 11 document is being interpreted as something like an 11 X 11 even though the page size is correct. The problem happens in both Landscape and Portriat documents, but not all documents have the problem. |

This would be normal if the document contains tracked changes or comments
and balloons are enabled. Try printing "Document" instead of "Document with markup." -- Suzanne S. Is there a way to set "Document" as the default when printing instead of
"Document with Markup"? "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: This would be normal if the document contains tracked changes or comments and balloons are enabled. If the markup is displayed, it will print by default. If you switch the view
from Final Showing Markup to Final, it will not print. Or you can accept all the changes if this is your intent. -- Suzanne S.
