When I opened Word 2003 the page would automatically open in the Print Layout
mode and the cursor would appear where the top margin (2.54cm) and left margin (2.24cm) intersected and when when typing the top, bottom and side margings would be visible as blank areas around the type (margins). However for some unknown reason the page now opens with the cursor at the very top of the page although the side are margins are still there and there is just a line dividing the pages as you scroll down. I have tried everything I know to get the page back to normal without success. can anybody let me know what I need to do to restore the page to its original format and more to the point have it open when I open Word 2003.
