Default Headers, footers used on portrait and landscape pages in same docu

How do I get my page numbers to be consecutive when I have some pages
landscape(for certain tables) and some pages portrait?

If you have "same as previous" turned on in all of the section headers
and footers, then select the page number in the section 1 header or
footer, and click on Insert | Page Numbers | Format | click the
"Continue from previous section" radio button | OK. If "same as
previous" is turned off for some section headers and footers, you will
need to repeat the procedure in those particular sections.

Unfortunately, page number restarts in a given section are independent of
the "Same as Previous" setting.
