Default Alphabetize a sheet of lables by company name?

I have a sheet of lables with different company names and addresses on them.
I would like to be know if there is a way for Windows to alphabetize these
lables, automatically.

No.
What you need to do is extract the data, sort it, then create a label merge
from the sorted file.

Thank you for all the info - I have printed the step by step instructions you
listed, there is a lot more to it than I thought. I will have to go thru the
steps and see if I can make it work. May take me awhile, but I really
appreciate the help. If I can't make it work, I'll ask for more help.
