Default Deleting multiple index entries

I have created multiple index entries in my document (same index but in many
location in my doc). Now I need to delete these entries. I know how to delete
one entry, but how can delete the multiple entries in my doc, in one shot ?
do I have to go to each of them and delete them ?

To delete *all* index entry fields (if that's really what you want to do),
search for ^19 XE and replace with nothing.
