Can't open anything in Word
Sometimes when I open Word, the open icon (or anything else) is gray. Can't
open anything. How do I correct this? |

Is it ever NOT gray? If not, then you have a version that hasn't been
activated (Help - Activate Product) or a trial version that has expired. If its sometimes gray, other times not, then it sounds like a corruption issue. No, I had to copy the normal.dot from the company drive to my drive. I don't
know why this happened, but this worked. "Herb Tyson [MVP]" wrote: Is it ever NOT gray?
