Default Markups

HOw can I remove markups from a document so it can be distributed without
readers being able to see revisions?

Click on the blue checkmark icon. After a couple of click it will ask if you
want to accept all changes.

First turn off Track Changes so you don't get any more markup. Then
display the Reviewing toolbar, click the down arrow next to the Accept
Changes button, and click Accept All Changes in Document. (In Word
2007, this stuff is on the Review ribbon.)
