Markups
Click on the blue checkmark icon. After a couple of click it will ask if you
want to accept all changes. -- KARL DEWEY Build a little - Test a little "DJElliott" wrote: HOw can I remove markups from a document so it can be distributed without readers being able to see revisions? -- DJELLIOTT |

Then display the Reviewing toolbar, click the down arrow next to the Accept Changes button, and click Accept All Changes in Document. (In Word 2007, this stuff is on the Review ribbon.) -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
