Default upgrading to word 2003

Hello all, wondering if I can get some help regarding this problem. I have
recently upgraded to Office 2003 from Office 2000. The problem is that some
documents cannot be read, or the margins and tables are offset.
How can I correct this problem since I have a large document.

Thanks

The second problem could be just a matter of needing new printer drivers.
Start with that.

The first problem........are you getting any error messages? What do that
say (specifically)?

Make a copy of the document. Working with the copy set tools options
compatibility and set the compatibility option for Word 2000. If this
doesn't help try open and repair from the file open dialog.
