How can I view all pages of a completed mail merge?
I completed a mail merge and when I printed, all 12 pages came out. But,
when I open the merged document, all I see is the first page. I cannot view the other 11. How do I change the merged document so I can view all 12 pages without printing them? |

As an alternative, you can also scroll through the twelve pages using the
forward and backward navigation arrows on your mailmerge toolbar. "djali12" wrote: I completed a mail merge and when I printed, all 12 pages came out.
