Default How do I view the headers in template documents when I first open.

I have several template documents which include headers (stationery). When I
open these templates to write a letter, the header is not visible even when
viewing in "Print Layout". When I click to simply open a "New Document", the
cursor is at the top of the page and it doesn't leave room for a header,
eventhough the document is supposed to have a 1" margin at the top. I must
have done something stupid and simple to cause this to happen -- but how do I
fix it??

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
