Default opening MDB file not readable

I have a friend's floppy disc with an address data base. I need to print
labels and cannot read the file when opened?

Copy the file to your hard drive before trying to add it as a data source to
the mail merge.

Default opening MDB file not readable

Don't try to open it. Just select it as the data source for your mail merge
main document.
