I do not want the "reviewing" toolbar to pop up everytime I open .

You can force it off using auto macros:-
Add the following line to each of an autoexec and an autonew macro and you won't see the bar again unless you ask for it to appear. CommandBars("Reviewing").Visible = False -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org |
